We are excited to bring a two-day live Everything DiSC Workplace Facilitator Certification program to Raleigh, NC! As an authorized partner of Wiley’s Everything DiSC®. APLS Group is your connection for becoming certified. As more organizations experience the benefits of bringing Everything DiSC to their employees, they are also recognizing the importance of having a certified professional in their organization who can keep DiSC® alive. Everything DiSC certification courses put knowledge directly into the hands of the user to create a DiSC-based culture. As an Everything DiSC Workplace Facilitator, you will be able to train others in the following programs:
- Everything DiSC®
- Everything DiSC® Managers
- Everything DiSC® Work of Leaders
- Everything DiSC® 363 for Leaders
Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive the credential of Certified Everything DiSC Workplace Facilitator. The Course is approved for 15 PCD’s SHRM hours.

HOW RELIABLE ARE THE RESULTS OF THE EVERYTHING DISC® ASSESSMENT OVER TIME?
Results of the Everything DiSC assessments will not likely change significantly over time. They provide an accurate snapshot for the selected focus (whether for work or life at home) and the current situation at the time of the training. As long as the focus remains the same, the results will not change dramatically.
HOW DOES THE EVERYTHING DISC® MODEL DIFFER FROM OTHERS?
The basis for the Everything DiSC model is that participants may find they use all four dimensions in varying degrees and that there is no preferred behavior. DiSC measures observable behavior and helps you understand how you do what you do. In the Everything DiSC training, our coaches will teach participants how to adapt their communication style to best utilize the behavioral tendencies they uncover.

- Discounts are available to groups of five or more taking the course together. A minimum of six participants is required for the on-site course.
