Coaching is a must in today’s world and is essential for leadership and talent development. At APLS Group, we believe everyone needs a coach to partner with, hold them accountable, and explore the effectiveness of their behaviors. To that end, we offer one-on-one coaching services as well as training in coaching skills. In our one-on-one coaching, we create a safe environment which encourages open and honest discussions, allowing individuals to experience the positive effects of this partnership and create lasting behavior change.
In our coaching skills training, we introduce managers to coaching and help them build their skills and confidence in holding coaching conversations with their direct reports to improve work performance. In this conversation, the manager facilitates a process in which they guide their employees by asking the right questions, resulting in employees who are empowered to meet individual, team and company goals. We build trust and connect with each manager throughout this conversation.
