Leaders in the 21st century now have to face the growing challenge of managing diverse teams spread across your city, state, North America or the globe. When managed effectively, virtual teams can increase productivity, help meet organizational goals and improve the quality of work. It takes multiple enhanced skills to overcome a variety of unique challenges that can negatively impact the team’s success.

In this interactive virtual program participants will be introduced to tips, tools and techniques for developing core competencies to enhance the productivity of virtual teams. Participants will be able to build a plan for increasing participation, building trust and enhancing connections with team members.
